~ During your initial visit, you will need a few additional minutes prior to you first appointment to fill out a brief questionnaire.
~ Should you need to cancel, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.
~ Please no cell phones in the spa and be respectful of common space and talk quietly amongst friends.
~

Give honest feedback to the manager, therapists, and owner, and take the time to fill out our feedback form. Sélah Spa is interested in knowing how we can further meet your needs.

~ Sélah Spa continues to ensure a healthful environment for our clients by upholding a no smoking policy.
~ For health and safety reasons, any client with heart or circulation problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy, or any other health issue should consult with their physician before receiving any Spa treatment.
~ We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 18%-20%. Gratuity to therapist can be in cash or personal check. Gratuities are included in Spa Packages of 3 or more treatments.
