What can a massage do for me?
Massage therapy increases circulation, thus is nourishing to the entire body. Massage also promotes the release of by-products such as lactic acid, which is one of the causes of stiff and sore muscles.

 
How often should I have a massage?
We recommend one monthly massage for health maintenance and to counteract the effects of daily stress.

 
How often should I have a facial?
We recommend facials for optimum skin maintenance and nourishment. For specific treatment programs ie: acne, pigmentation, twice monthly. regular, monthly

 
Is it okay to talk during my treatment?
Of course, but remember to relax, this is your time and time for your body(and your mind) to release the worries and stresses of the day. Deep breathing and closing your eyes will assist in your complete relaxation.

 
Do I have to disrobe entirely for my spa treatment?
No, but keep in mind, our therapists are trained to drape towels or sheets discreetly over you during your treatment and to pretect your privacy at all times. If you still feel uncomfortable or shy it is never required that you disrobe completely.

 
How early should I arrive for my Spa treatment? Arrive
A minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first appointment, to allow yourself ample time to change. We provide guests with over-sized robes, and slippers. Remember, loose clothing is always comfortable after a spa experience.

 
What types of payment is accepted?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
 
How long do Facials and Body Treatments last?
